Today was our first visit to Hank's Fine Furniture and we were SO pleased. Our salesman, Brad, did a great job of answering our questions, informing us of different possibilities and giving us the space we needed to look around. We walked in looking for a desk for my personal office and ended up walking out with some dream pieces! The kind of desk I wanted wasn't even available at the store, but Brad showed us a catalog and it had the EXACT desk I'd been eyeing. Even better, it will already be put together and I won't have to spend 4 hours doing that myself! We also got our dream couch and a gorgeous dining room table. The prices were great, the service was great and I'm so excited about our purchases. Thanks, Brad!

I have bought furniture from Hank's for several years and have always been pleased with the quality. This week we came in and purchased a new King Size bed with adjustable base that has all the bells and whistles and a top of the line mattress. Our sales associate Alec Gitchell was very helpful. He was very informative and familiar with the different products and was not pushy at all. We appreciated the great customer service and can't wait until our new bed arrives.

I went into the store to look for a new bed. I found one that I was interested in and wanted more information on it. Unfortunately, no one ever came out to help me. So I ended up leaving.

We had a great experience with Hank's in Hot Springs! After looking at SEVERAL other local furniture stores, plus online, we really felt like Hank's offered good-quality sofas for reasonable prices. Would you find better quality for a higher price somewhere else? Sure, but you'd also find many pieces that were much WORSE quality for a higher price. Trust me - we looked. The manager, Brad, was friendly and knowledgable. We didn't make a purchase in the store but instead called the next day, where I spoke with someone other than Brad...that's where the 5-star experience took a dip for me. The other salesman was still very nice but seemed very confused about when I could expect to get the furniture delivered, how much it would cost, and where it was coming from. My husband called back twice to get it all sorted out. To be fair, discussing those details via phone call is not ideal. We ended up picking up the furniture ourselves to simplify things and get it two weeks sooner. Overall, we've been very happy with our purchase thus far and would not hesitate to shop there again!
