This place was amazing and had amazing prices. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture pieces that we where interested in. They helped me find the furniture that fit my families life style and I am in love! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This is a great place with friendly employees! About a year ago we got a couch set there and it has held up wonderfully even with young children. Still as comfy as the day we got it too! Payments were very reasonable as well! A couple of months ago we purchased a new mattress as well and again the quality was great! They worked with us and made sure we left as happy customers. I highly recommend FFO Home in Russellville!

The salespeople and management there are rude as hell and talk about their customers in front of them. Then when confronted about it, they said they never said it nor laughed about it. My mother fell in love with a recliner there and was waiting for me to get there so we could buy it for her. Needless to say we went to Hank's and bought a recliner there. Rude, racist and employees and management. Will never go there and I suggest you don't either. I know my friends and family will never spend money or time there for furniture. If I could give them zero stars, I would have but it won't let me. Update: The store management did nothing to resolve this issue. They told me to call them to resolve this issue my family encountered at the store. Why do i need to call you for resolution? When a spokesperson finally spoke to me, they did not really apologize for the behavior but was willing to give me $800 gift credit to the store. If I plan to never shop there and neither will any of my friends and family from down there. That resolution to me is not resolving the issue. It's trying to line their profits because they know they lost out on it. No thank you. I rather pay full price and get the best treatment, then be treated like I have no money and can't afford the furniture in a discount chain furniture store.
