Terrible place. My experience was a total nightmare. Made a $32.65 payment for a product that was suppose to bring me and my family joy. It wasn't exactly what i needed and come to find out the product was not complete. So it was completely useless. Return policy states in multiple locations around the store 7 days blah blah blah. not even 24 hours after the purchase i take it back in to the store and I'm told there is a $3 re-stocking fee. Ask for the young girl behind the counter to call someone  so i can see what can be done about this. ( I have to spend the money in-store already) Its clear on the return policy that refunds are in-store credit or exchange only... At first she says there is no-one to call there is  nothing to do but pay the fee.. I finally convince her to call. it didn't go well at all. i was finally submissive and say ill pay the fee spend my in-store credit and never return.. Immediately I'm told to leave and leave now. Or well have a police escort ... I"m mad at this point.( i spent allot of money). my reply call them... ill leave you readers to fill in the rest. Long story short I'm now banned and stuck with non working product. If the owner wants to make this right please do..(P.S. stop using your employees to write false reviews. It wont work forever. Your income depends on your service to the customer and the community! )

Good little shop! Is smaller family owned and ran game store. It has the best odds and ends from games,toys,candy(ChineseCandy)

Game X Change is an absolute joke.  The only employee worth dealing with is the owner himself, the rest of the staff I have dealt with have been nothing but rude and condescending.  I will never patronize this establishment again and I don’t recommend anyone else using them either until the owner gets polite and competent employee.

UPDATE:  Upon further review of the relevant reviews of this establishment it appears that I am not the only individual that has had this same experience.  It would do the owner some good to perhaps reach out to customers who have had issues to see how things transpired from the customers perspective and how they could be resolved rather than banning them without first discussing.  That is how things are handled in a professional world, something this location has a serious lack of.

Every time I go in, I have a good experience. Wish they would reduce the prices on some of their CIB Genesis titles, but I understand that they gotta pay the bills. Neat store, and I've found some good deals. Glad to have them.
