Friendly sales staff. Was greeted within seconds by Will, he went above and beyond his duties. Respectful and polite. There were other associates in store that seemed consumed with personal phones. Fair pricing and great selection.

This place is an absolute joke. My husband and I went to the Verizon store in Russellville, AR 9/3/17 to get a new phone with his upgrade. There was some skinny bald guy in there who skipped over us and got the young lady standing in line behind us. (which is fine, no big deal). But, he was so incredibly rude to her! Hinting that she was taking too long looking for phone covers by saying, "You just keep looking. I'm going to lunch...maybe you'll be done by the time I'm back." When she said, "What?" He quickly ran and hid in the back room going, "Nothing, I was just joking." He continued this mistreatment and unsubtle jabbing as she was checking out, but she didn't say anything back to him. When we were finally seen, our phone was set up and nothing else was said. However, when we got into the car, we discovered that this brand new phone wouldn't receive or send out phone calls. So, my husband went back to fix the situation. The same skinny bald guy that was mistreating the young girl began getting rude with my husband as if he were too dumb to figure out how the phone worked. He reset the phone, and essentially lost all of the apps that the other worker had successfully transferred. The man claimed that the apps were no longer on there and were impossible to transfer over. My husband asked him how that could be when the other worker had done it literally 10 minutes prior. The bald man mumbled something under his breath, tossed the phone on the counter, and went back to the back room in frustration...basically passing the problem to someone else. So, we had to stand there and wait for another employee to explain the situation AGAIN because he wanted to hide in the back instead of trying to fix the problem. Because of his fit, this event took about 3 hours to solve. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I know now why I, myself, uses AT&T instead of Verizon.
