Went into MINI with the hopes to source my perfect idea of a MINI Clubman. After being told it would be quite difficult to find the car with the exact amount of details I was looking for, I was considering taking the search into other avenues. Just then they happened to receive a car that fit every detail I was looking for and even a few extras! Glad to have finally joined MINI family and will be a customer for many years to come.

The three star review is because it took 47 minutes to get my car and the cost of the recommended repair. We have had plenty of work done here at Motorwerks mini. I do feel that the prices charged here are high but that is to be expected of a dealership vs a 3rd party location. I was quoted a price that was nearly 3x higher than another shop stated they could do for the vehicle, parts and labor in question. Again, this is somewhat expected for a dealership vs a independent shop and you will need to make your own decision on the matter. About my experience yesterday. I brought the vehicle in as we were experiencing engine shaking. (At least, that is how it felt.) They were unable to find anything wrong with the engine but they did find another part that could be fixed. This is the part i reference above and it has nothing to do with causing the feeling of shaking. Once I arrived, I was told that the paperwork would be done in 15 minutes and I went to wait in the waiting area. After 40 minutes, I went to check on the car and I was told that both the technician and the shop foreman were out to lunch and no one there could finish the paperwork so that I could get the car back. This is what was most frustrating to me and I admit that I was not gracious in my manner of working with the Mini staff. I raised my voice and that was wrong. For that, I do apologize to those reading this review from the Mini dealership. (I took an Uber to the dealership from my office and that is how I know the time I arrived and the time that I left.) The three star review is because it took 47 minutes to get my car and the cost of the recommended repair. I wrote a different review yesterday that was highly critical of Motorwerks Mini. I have since removed that review and I am writing this one of my own free will.

I worked with Tim at Motorwerks MINI and he was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. Everybody else I dealt with was equally great. It was a great experience and I would return.

Great sales, and great coffee! Tim Sherry was a huge help in finding the used vehicle we we looking for. We told him what we wanted and as soon and they had one on the lot, we were notified, test driving and driving away happy!

Drove up from Iowa to buy a new Mini I had looked at online. Great staff fast financing and beautiful cars
