I cannot say enough good things about Poquet.  It is a pleasant place to go to have your car serviced.  The people at the front desk are very happy to explain what they see and what they recommend.  They look at the vehicle and then make recommendations.  We have never had a car break down since we started going to Poquet.  One of our vehicles is a 2006 Toyota Sienna with 218,000 miles on it that is now being used by a college-aged son in Grand Forks, ND.  He needs to keep driving between visits home to less than 3,000 miles because we always want the van serviced at Poquet!

This is a great service department.  Plan ahead for oil changes, tire rotations, etc as they can be busy, since there are many satisfied customers.   Pricing is fair & much better than most other options. Honest assessment of service needs without suggesting unnecessary repairs.

The auto sales department is top notch.  Customers are more than likely return customers for auto purchasing needs.

I visited half a dozen dealerships looking for a truck. When I went to Poquet I met with Alec, he was straight to the point with everything which was great! I didn't feel pressured in any way and he answered all of my questions. I purchased my truck within a few days and the process was quick and easy. I highly suggest this dealership to anyone, they are friendly and helpful, far different than the average "car salesman."

I recently graduated from college and moved to Utah, but I knew I wanted to buy my car from Poquet because of their reputation for high quality used cars and professional salespeople. Before my move to Utah, I was able to test drive some of the cars that I was interested in but not ready to purchase. Dan was very helpful and did not pressure me to buy a car until the perfect one came into Poquet’s inventory. He took note of which features I wanted so that he could help me find the right one. The perfect vehicle finally came into inventory and I had my parents test drive it for me in MN. Poquet made it very easy to purchase the vehicle from UT. They sent me the papers overnight, and were very prompt and professional. They prepared the vehicle for pickup, and it is in perfect condition! I couldn’t be happier.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Poquet over the years.  Last March, I purchased a Lexus, which I love.  Unfortunately, I realized this month that I needed to buy an SUV, and would have to trade in my Lexus.  Brett patiently worked with me for 3 days, as I tried to decide which vehicle to buy. He is an excellent listener, and not at all like a "typical" car salesman.  

I am moving to Dallas in the next few days, so this may be my last Poquet purchase.  I highly recommend Poquet Auto Sales to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.  You will never want to shop for a car any other way, but the Poquet way!
