With all of the places to buy a car you think there would be an urgency to make sure the customer was happy, especially when it is small issue for the dealer and quite frankly their fault.
Taking used cars out for test drives one notices that the floor mats are replaced with plastic to protect the mats from getting dirty during test drives, this is a good idea.
I was told some really obvious things like "the bed is in really condition" the side mirrors have turn signals in them" "the truck is really clean". I can see all of that with my own eyes, I was never told one negative thing, normal for car sales people. One is left to find the negatives on their own, again, normal car sales stuff. Here is the problem they took the floor mats out, normal, and when I took delivery on the vehicle there were no floor mats. Salesman was of no help, again pointed out a positive. Called the sales manager, ended up being the new car sales manager, he was not willing to find a solution. I ordered new floor mats online knowing they were not going provide me a solution. Called the used car manager and no real solution offered. I suggested some free oil changes to make things right, he was appalled at the suggestion. Left message with the GM but I am not holding my breath. Something as simple as finding a way to make the customer happy and they fail!!!!  They didn’t even attempt to find a solution. !!WOW!!

I have been driving my new  GMC Acadia for 2 weeks and love it . Rusty had me test drive some different SUVs  to help me find just the right one.  I did not feel pressured or rushed into making a choice.  Rusty even programmed in my contact numbers and showed me how easy it is to make a call or tune my radio.  My experience the Lupient staff was easy and worry free.  I would recommend Golden Valley Lupient and Rusty if you are looking for a new vehicle .

Went in to get info on leasing and it took me asking 3 different people for help to get someone to kind of pay attention to me long enough to have me sit in a room while they look up info on things I never asked for. I was the only person in there besides two people waiting for service on their vehicles and multiple sales people just sitting on their computers. I was walking around talking with my father about vehicles asking questions in front of these people and no one bothered to help.

I purchased a used  mustang here a couple weeks ago and it was very pleasant especially since i had previously been trying to buy at some smaller dealerships that were shady with no success my salesman here graydon was very nice and knowledgeable and the finance guy  was great also, i highly recommended bringing your business here it was easy and fast ,i couldn't be happier thanks guys

Tried to buy a used vehicle with 100k+ miles and they wouldn’t budge at all on their list price. Not even $100. They just said no to my offer. The new car sales manager wouldn’t even look me in the eye and was very cold.  He made me feel like an idiot for offering less than their list price. The used car sales manager apparently took a horrible trade and they wanted more than KBB for the vehicle. After 45 days on the lot they were willing to send it to auction and lose
$5-6k vs negotiating $1k-1,500 with me. I wouldn’t recommend used car shopping here.
