Bought a car from here several months back, from Nathan. I was told many things about how good of a condition the car was in. "It just had a lot of work done", "It just had the timing belt and a lot of other things done", "I've known the wholesaler we got it from for many years, he only sells very good cars". Despite not having ANY evidence of the work (the Carfax, which I had to pay for, was completely empty), I still ended up taking his word for it and buying the car, because it was clean and drove well. I have recently found out that the "work" that was done to that car was just a lie. Nothing he said was done to the car was actually done. The timing belt and timing components were original from mile 0. Spark plugs were old, along with the wires. Tires were old, brakes were not replaced anytime in the last couple years. The only thing that was replaced recently was the battery. There was also an open recall on the air bag inflator that they didn't bother to get fixed. Along with all of this, the head gaskets were leaking. I am also at fault as I did not get a pre purchase inspection before buying the car, which would have revealed most of the issues I mentioned above. I guess I thought the Lupient name implied some sort of integrity, but boy was I wrong. This lot is just as shady as any other bargain lot. Some advice if you must buy from here: Do not believe ANYTHING they tell you. Question everything, ask for paper work, and most importantly, get the car inspected somewhere else. The piece of paper they give you for the inspection they did doesn't mean anything. Or you can just go private party, get the car inspected and not have to deal with any of this BS.

Wife and I bought an 2006 VW Passat here. The car looked great, drove great, and the history report they showed us had no issues. I asked the salesman if there was any work done to the car since they had bought it, he said they replaced the fuel pressure sensor. We bought it. We decided to drive it to show our friends and it stalled out less than 2 hours after driving off the lot. We patched it back to the lot and Mark (salesman) said he would have his mechanics take a look at it. He said they just forgot to reset the sensor after the work they did to the car, and that is will be fine now. The car broke down the next day. I called 3 times, a manager was never available and the never called back or responded to my messages. I took it to a mechanic... they said the fuel pressure sensor was bad. I obviously got a lemon, but the fact that they lied about fixing the car and wouldn't respond to my calls says a lot. Don't buy a car here.

This is the 4th vehicle I've purchased here. Always had a great experience, and great vehicles. Mark "2E" and Sam are true professionals and follow through. Highly recommended place to shop!

Bought a 2000 Z28 Camaro here about two months ago that I had been looking at for about 3 months straight, the price was raised up to about $7,000(it had been there since November of 2016). I was offered a deal of $6500 through an email since it was the first price I found it at. When I went to buy the car, The salesman continuously said they had no wiggle room to lower the price even when I had the proof of the email, and it took about 20 minutes for him to get an answer from his managers to honor this amount. After all was said and done, I was never offered a carfax or really given any good useful information on this car. I was told rattling from the pipes was normal with such cars, when really a week after I bought it found out there was no good support holding up the exhaust system, and that they'd been partially held up by plastic zip ties & there's been a few other little things here and there. As I was about to leave in my pretty red Camaro, the salesman said to me "congratulations, everyone here lost out on this car except you" Since then I have emailed two sales people and have gotten nothing from them for a response.

The exact experience I was looking for! I needed a low cost high miles car for my teenage daughter. As far as the car - it was the perfect car for our needs. And, unlike what I experienced at other dealers around their lower cost cars, the bargain lot had put money into it (timing belts, breaks, etc.) before putting it on the lot instead of just selling it as they got it. As far as our salesman - Nathan was great, he provided information without being too pushy, he followed up at just the right time, and made the experience easy for us. Even the finance guy (it was a cash purchase) was fun and easy to talk to. Overall I felt good about my experience and would not hesitate to go back there for another.
