Jommel was incredible! The day I went in, they were a tech or two short. He jumped on immediately and started working on my car, (He is the assistant manager, yet he had no hesitation filling in for his guys) My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner, the work was meticulously done too. I will definitely be back!

They are simply the best . No b.s. , no jacking around . Your vehicle goes in , it comes out and it's done right the first time . Any issues , they make it right . Won't it be nice to go to a place that takes care of you and you won't have any doubts about the quality of work done ?

When I left work at 5PM I noticed a noise coming from my front driver side tire. I wasn't sure if I could get it taken care of, but luckily they are open until 7PM on Friday. I was immediately able to talk to someone. The employees were all very nice, and offered me coffee or bottled water while I waited. They found a screw in my tire and patched it up for free in 30 minutes. It was also free of charge! Great service, I am considering using this place instead of my dealership for tire service in the future.

I bring my car here for everything and I encourage my friends and family to do the same. The manager Jommel is an honest man and a straight shooter. He is always going the extra mile to help in any way he can. Can't recommend him enough.

Be careful with this Firestone. They are cheating on repairing service. They are not honestly with customers.
