I picked up a screw driving through my neighborhood and I punctured my right front tire. We went to Firestone and they told us they couldn't do it until tomorrow and we could leave it overnight and pick it up SOMETIME tomorrow. We said screw that (LOL! pun Intended) and went to Discount Tire. We pulled up right at close and Shane said let's get this fixed for you guys. We were out of there in 20 mins and back on the road. And the best part is we didn't have to spend a dime. Awesome service. Will be back if we pick up anything else in my tires.

The absolute worst branch of Discount Tire I have ever been.  In one morning they broke my vehicle on the lift by not having the lift properly lowered and ripped off the lift points under the vehicle.  Then they mounted two different models of tires and handed the car back to me without them even noticing.  After notifying them before I left with their error it took them another 30 minutes to figure put they didn't have matching tires for me, tires I ordered in days prior to my appointment.  Then when I return 10 days later to get my remaining tire, they still don't have it after the manager told me they had ordered it.  Then an assistant manager says he doesn't want to be in the middle of the problem...  that's what they call acceptable customer experience.  On top of all that its been two weeks since i sent them my repair invoice and they still haven't paid it.  I called the regional office and spoke to an admin who assured me that Clay, the regional honcho would call me back.  I never heard from him but did finally hear back from the branch manager, Randy.  I'm still waiting for payment,  will see if it arrives this week.  If you are in this area either driver farther if you want to support Discount Tire or just order from Tire Rack online and have a local shop mount the tires.  That's what I'll be doing from this point forward.  No more of my money is going someplace where I don't matter.  My personal cars and my fleet vehicles for my business will no longer be going to Discount Tire.

These guys are the best.  Make an appointment for the fastest in and out, but even when you walk in they get to you pretty quickly.  Shane specifically has always taken care of us, I have two sets of DT tires and wheels they maintain.  Will not go anywhere else.

Ben is very kind. He made me feel like I was the only person there. It's very refreshing to walk into a business and be heard and cared for personally and professionally. The service level is outstanding. I'd give 100000 stars if I could.

They we're quick even though I can tell they were busy. Everyone was friendly and it seemed like they were happy to be there.
