Clowns, should expect nothing less from a minimum wage mall employee. 5 employees present more concerned with their daily gossip at register than help with shoes. What happened to the days where they were excited to bring u multiple shoes to try on and actually help you. They should just put all boxes on the floor stacked in size, and have only 1 employee. Worthless. Main reason brick and mortar failing is because of rude employees with the lack of customer service. Reading the positive reviews feels like employees themselves. Less than enjoyable. Buy shoes else where unless u enjoy poor customer service and rude incompetent people that have no desire to assist you.

I LOVE this store, they have the most helpful, well educated staff members I have ever encountered. I have never been greeted so kindly, and helped in such a timely manner. I will be sure to return for all my athletic and casual shoe attire. Best experience of my life.

These people, have employees that don't know how to make a transaction. Two retarded employees charged my card twice for one pair of shoes. then my bank cancels my card cause of it. Then when I go in at a later date to return the shoes cause I never wore them. They tell me they can't issue me a refund cause my card was cancelled and I didn't have the same one when I made the original purchase. Took 10 minutes and a manager and the two idiots to get me a gift card and not cash. Took the gift card and the best part is that EVEN THE MANAGER CANT GIVE ME AN ACTIVE GIFT CARD cause she messed up on that too.

They advertise on their website that they have Asics shoes and do not. This falls into the lying and false advertising categories if business want my business they have to keep my trust I'll never shop here again.
