I tried to call the store 3 times over the course of a few hours to see if a particular shoe was in stock and available to try on. No one answered on any of those attempts... apparently they can't be bothered so I took my business elsewhere. Genius.

I came here on a busy Friday afternoon. They have a good selection of sneakers at reasonable prices. Customer service was great. I like that they had an ample amount of employees working the floor in each section of the store who were helpful and knowledgeable.

Their selection of shoes is great but customer service is horrible.

It's the mall, so it was crowded and overwhelming. But the staff was friendly when I asked for shoes, went right into the back to get the size and the price was $27 cheaper than Famous Footwear (the first place I stopped for the shoe). They were cheaper than every store on the internet, so I made the drive over.
