I needed to match faded 10-year old paint, which Lowe's did perfectly! I've also purchased my lawn mower, chainsaw, weed whacker, and a number of other tools there. None of them had any problems or any need to return. Nice big parking lot too! 🌞

Seem to have everything you need to build, mend or do your own installation. Plenty of tools and appliances in the store too.

When asking for help, the representatives act as though they're too busy. There is bickering between departments that is quite apparent due to the slanderous and condescending attitude towards one another. As a disabled individual, it is disheartening to witness such hatred. I just want to be assisted and or directed to the place I can purchase. Not a schooling on regulations and what is forbidden. My God! All I asked was where can I purchase a propane tank. That was it. This was not an isolated incident. I have been in at least 5 times since but not dare ask anyone for help because I don't want to get my head chewed off. So, please, retrain and/or remind your employees that if they cannot tolerate questions from customers then maybe "customer relation" classes is in store for them, along with a couple of counseling reports. There are plenty of people that would love to have their jobs. Instead of an entitlement attitude, they should be more customer friendly. You never know what a single distraught customer can do to a company. Love to shop at Lowe's hardware, but can't tolerate the negative atmosphere. Please pass this on to your employees. Not trying to get anyone in trouble, but customers are your business. Treat your customers with better care.

Went to buy lumber for decking at 7:30 am with five employees in customer service area and nobody bothered to ask is they could help me carry lumber I purchased to my SUV and help load it. I'm a 60 yr old female and I would think one of the young men behind the counter would have offered some help. I carried it out myself. It was five 2 x 4's and one 2 x 6. They were just standing around talking and laughing. Also, the last couple times I have asked to have a piece of wood cut to size, I was told the saw was out of order. It was out of order for at least two weeks. They need better management.
