The best fireplace company on planet Earth!! I am a 20+ year  MD/DC general contractor and  I have been a customer of Fireside for over 12 years and refer all my clients who are interested in fireplaces and inserts. They will never let you down and will always go above and beyond to make you very happy especially during the cold months!  The fireplace insert that I own as a supplemental heater for my house has performed great and the service when needed has been phenomenal. All of this is attributed to the fact that the employees at Fireside care very much about the products they sell and satisfying their customers 100%. Thank you George, Steve and all at Fireside Hearth and Home Maryland, you are truly great people!!!

Seeing the first two reviews, I guess I can only agree with the "poor service" point. I've called a couple of times and not gotten a call back. I live very close by and may just pop in and see if I'll get any better service from the "friendly people". I hate having to chase people I am trying to do business with.

Arrived right on time.  Totally cleaned, calibrated and reassembled the 15 year old fireplace.  Did an outstanding job...highly recommended for service on gas fireplaces!
