I have shipped a package to Amazon return with return label. But, I didn't get the receipt from this store. I trusted it will be scanned and sent to Amazon return. But, the package was not even moved out from this store. When I approach the store after 10 days there was no good response from them. I will not recommend this store to anybody. Worst service.

I have been using the Elkridge UPS since I moved here almost 2 years ago and have been satisfied with their generally good service. However, I'm posting this review tonight and giving them only 4 stars since the service tonight was not as expected. Here's the story. An hour ago, after rushing to finish packing up 4 prepaid boxes for returns, I rushed down to the UPS store and was inside by 6:57, just inside the window of the 7:00 closing time. The woman working said I should just leave the boxes on the floor but I said I'd like to have a receipt. She said that wasn't possible since she'd already closed her register, that I could bring the boxes back tomorrow (I likely cannot), and it wouldn't matter anyway since I already had the tracking number and the mail wouldn't go out until Monday at 6:30 a.m. anyway.

However, I told her that I didn't want to just leave the boxes as the receipt is what would show that the boxes had actually been posted as of today's date. I told her I was not happy that she had closed up before the advertised closing time -- again, I had arrived 3 minutes before closing needing only a quickly printed receipt. But now she replied that the door should have been locked by the time I had arrived, I shouldn't have been able to enter, and that she had actially closed her register at 7:00 to which I replied that was incorrect since it was, at that very moment when I was gathering up my boxes from the counter to leave,  7:00. Then she picked up her mobile phone and agreed that it was,  just then, 7:00. She apologized once again as she followed me to the door to lock it after I left.

So now I have to stow the boxes until next week since I likely will not be ble to stop into the UPS tomorrow, as she suggested. And though they would't have gone out until Monday at 6:30 a.m., I wasn't able to make that post since she was not able to accommodate me within the advertised operating hours timeframe. Bottom line: if you advertise the hours you're open, you should be open for business during those hours. When I find I can depend on that for this merchant, I shall increase the stars

I paid about $60 dollars to get a very important package overnight, guess what?? Never arrived, I called UPS they said a label was created but that was all, nothing no package , not a dam thing. Now I have to get down there when they open demand my package back and all my f...... money back. This store sucks!!!! Please do yourself a favor don't use them they rip you off.

Very unpleased coming here to ship my package. As I walked in with a very heavy box I set it down on an object that appeared to be meant for setting things down on in the middle of the room, after I did that an older gentleman working, very rudely said, " SIR, you need to remove your box from there that is someone's property". This actually angered me with it being in the middle of the waiting line and having no sings that say do not touch, how am I suppose to know this was someone else's property? It would have been different if the man had asked nicely, but he came off very rude and disrespectful, and made me never want to set foot in that particular ups store again.
