I'm  a Customer  that has been going here a long time.  I always get my tires here and oil changes etc. I've  never had a problem  and they go out of their  way to get you taken care of in a timely manner. Great place great customer service.

Horrible people and service. We were 20 year customers and the customer service got worse and worse. The final straw was today when I called asking if they fixed lawn mower tires. He said sure bring it in! 20 miles later they inform me no they dont. I said well thanks for nothing and the sales weasel said anytime bud! I'm not your bud. I'm a former 20 year customer who has 2 personal vehicles and 3 work trucks. You just lost my business. Everyone stay away from this place.

Decently fast work, the prices are high but whatever they do is quality and warrantied. The waiting area was extremely dirty hence 4 stars.

I"ve had to take my car back both times that I've had new tires put on. The mechanics are sort of rude, but I gave 4 stars because the customer service inside is good. Devon, (not sure about the spelling) is very polite. I had to take my car back today after getting tires put on. My "check tire pressure"  light came on as soon as I left,   and Devon came out side with me.  The mechanic was in a hurry and clearly irritated he was suppose to put more air in.

Dishonest people beware.
My wife took our van there twice for a slow leak. Both times they told her it was the sealant and tried to sell her a tire for over $100. Today we took it to Abbeville Tire in Abbeville to get a tire since the prices we much better. We explained why we were getting a tire and what Firestone said.  They checked the tire before replacing it. He told us the tire was fine but the rim had a small crack in it. He showed us where it was leaking.  
It is sad Firestone was more concerned in selling a tire which would not have fixed the problem instead of actually checking for the leak and telling the truth. 
We will never take any vehicle back to them. I would beware and look for another place.
