Don't listen to hot headed one star reviews from one-time "customers" who ask for the world in exchange for pennies and have unattainable and unreasonable demands. I have a long standing relationship with Foothills Import and the only regrets I have are those related to my brief times of patronage at other shops. I have had four of my own vehicles of both imported and domestic brands regularly serviced and if necessary extensively repaired here over the course of the last few years in addition to referring others, and the work is always solid. Kim, David, and Roger are all pleasant, friendly, and professional. In addition, the mechanics are knowledgeable and almost always get straight to the issues in a timely fashion. In regards to speed, value, and quality of service, 5 stars are certainly merited.  Perhaps the one quality that distinguishes Foothills from many, many others, however, is simply their honesty. If they think you don't need something, they won't sell it to you. If they think someone else has a better deal, they won't hesitate to refer you. Kim and her team understand that honesty truly is the best policy, and I will recommend her business to anyone I can as long as they are in business.

It was an awful experience. I brought my car in just to repair the rear brakes. I bought the parts and had them with me so I just needed someone to put them on. They told me up front 89$ for labor and I told them the condition of my brakes before hand. They said it would be fixed in 2 hours or less. 3 hours later and it's still not fixed. My car has just been sitting on the rack while mechanics kept walking by it or talking with the other mechanics.  Now they are telling me they may have to charge me more. I shouldn't be charged more after everything I'm being put through. I'm very disappointed and I'll never come back here again.

I've been very happy with Foothills. I've brought my car in numerous times over the past 10 years and they've always been honest, fast, and reasonably priced.

Had a car break down on the road and found this place as the nearest towing option available for our Toyota. Very friendly, looked at it right away in the morning. Ultimately they were too expensive and we took the car elsewhere, but the experience was pleasant.

The staff here is welcoming yet professional. I'm in the process of taking care of some much needed repairs to my car. I looked up some repair shops when searching for a good company that would take care of the repairs, and this company had good reviews on Google; just quoted as being a bit pricey by some of the reviewers. This company has been very helpful in aiding me in taking care of my car repairs, as a person who only has one vehicle that is greatly needed to get back and forth to work and school, I am glad to be able to trust my car to them.
