The black '68 Mustang that is shown in several photos from this place is mine. It was red and they were supposed to paint it rat-rod black so some of the pictures have a red mustang and some are of it painted black (they never completed the painting). They had it for over two years and four months - it was never completed. I made the mistake of paying for the work up-front and the money was wasted by the owner on, well, not my car. I drove it to his shop but had to have it towed away in pieces, incomplete, (so far) without any refunds for work not done. I would make visits to the shop a couple of times per month and was told that the owner, Tony, would hide from me in his office. He is a VERY slick salesperson. Please, do not go to this shop. His best mechanics have all left, he now only accepts cash (!), Tony is never there himself, do not listen to him - he/they can not deliver. I wish that he would take down the pictures of my Mustang as it looks like they are doing cool work on a cool car (mine) but after two years and having to tow it away to take it to another shop so they can finish it (that is what you see in the photo I attached) - what an idiot I am! Do not be an idiot like me. Also, the cool looking green car in the photos belongs to Tony, the owner - it is not a customer's car he is working on.

Well car was supposed to be done last week. It's Tuesday the following week and still not done. Apparently did not even start on it until 5 days after the parts where in! They won't even pick up the phone, so mystery time and day to when I actually get my car back. Also tried to charge me over three times what I could get the parts for. So basically had to order my own parts, drop them off, so they could get it done two weeks later. It's been one headache after another. Finally get a hold of them and they are mad at me for checking on it. They are also saying they have no idea when its going to be done. Seriously? Save yourself a lot of time and frustration.

This shop doesn't deserve even 1star rating... WARNING!!! Do not leave your car in this shop! MIDDLE TENNESSEE AUTO SERVICE OFF AT 12357B LEBANON ROAD People here are totally HACKERS!!!! >>> PLEASE READ ALL THE BAD REVIEW FIRST >>BECAUSE IT'S ALL TRUE!!! Where in the world you will resume fixing the car without signed agreement, without informing your customer, that they agree to pay big amount of Money before the shop will start fixing the car !!! Fixing transmission for less than 8hrs And the people of this shop they created stories that we gave permission to start fixing the car verbally ??? ....., and after so many hours that you cannot contact them, no updates from the owner of what's happening with your car and then BOOM !!!! our car was fixed during the day that their shop was closed??? and charging us big amount of money $2500!!! Yes!! That's their MODUS OPERANDI!!! Read the other review on this page... Please think twice!!! do not go to this shop!!! TOTALLY HACKERS!!!!

Lies lies lies. I'm a former employee and left due to no pay and ripping off customers. I personally saw many times with my own eyes. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE.

I have been taking my truck here for years, they are always friendly, explain costs up front, and even give me a ride home when I drop my truck off, then pick me up when it's ready. Their pricing is always more than fair, I highly recommend to anyone in need of repair services.
