Where do I start. Well they "fixed my car and the sensor. Well the same day my tire starts leaking again and over night it was at 17 psi the manager Patrick assured me that the car was safe well neither the tire or the sensor for my tires pressure were fixed well I came back the next day and they want to charge me for the tire patch again even though it wasn't fixed to begin with and the sensor isn't fixed but this is the third time they are taking a look at the sensor. I mean what's the likelihood of a tire getting a flat the next day same tire. It feels like they just want my money. Highly recommend a different location or different place like discount tires.

Same price as the local ford dealership but with poor workmanship. Took my truck in for an oil change, when I came to pick it up I noticed there was still a bunch of oil pooled on the built in drain pan near the oil filter. They promptly cleaned it up and made sure the level was at the full mark. However later I inspect the underside of the vehicle and all the cross members and oil pan are covered in a layer of oil that I had to hose down with my own cleaner so it didn't stain my driveway. Maybe they need to slow down and make sure a simple oil change is done properly. I learned my lesson. Unfortunately it's not just this place that has this problem a handful of places around the area are the same way. Good luck!

They were nice, but I had to wait over almost 4 hours for a tire alignment. I had an appointment and was early. I sat and waited and waited and waited. Would ask about my status. Must Read: I have had an absolutely horrible experience at this location. From start to finish It has been nothing but trouble. My friend told me that Firestone had a lifetime warranty alignment and so I purchased it For my vehicle. After the first 3 or 4 return visits they were never able to get my vehicle in alignment and the service advisor at the desk told me That the misalignment was normal for my vehicle. Are you serious? I have driven for decades and I've never had a vehicle that I could not get aligned. this is only where the trouble begins, after my last visit to Firestone the service advisor told me that I should get my upper ball joints replaced for $900 and I knew there was nothing wrong with my upper ball joints so I decline the service which was apparently a mistake because I believe that they sabotaged my vehicle because as soon as I started driving it down the road the wheel almost fell off and the vehicle started shaking violently so I brought my vehicle back to Firestone Where they had to buy a new rim to replace the damage they had done to my vehicle. So today (5 days later) I go and pick up my vehicle thinking that everything had been replaced and done only to find out that they ripped off my Fender. They literally ripped off my Fender and then when I showed it to them they shrug their shoulders and said we've never seen that before. I took pictures of the damage caused to the fender as well as the body damaged caused around the fender and I told them that they needed to replace that. I am very concerned and have no confidence that they will do the job right because after five or six visits to this location they have never done any job right. I went so far as to call them several times during the week and ask them to please take their time to ensure everything was correct and that I was in no rush to get the vehicle back so they said thank you very much and they took two additional days to "double-check" everything and then I pick it up with a missing Fender mind you it is not a loose Fender it is literally ripped into two pieces and they tried to give me the vehicle back in that condition. Absolutely incredible lack of integrity and customer service. This last part I'm placing at the end of the review for the dedicated who wish to read it all the way through the service advisor name was Matt and he is very condescending and yet ignorant. I asked a few questions and he treated me incredulously but then had to turn around and ask somebody else the very question that I asked him because he did not know.

Incompetent liars work here. They ruined my alignment and caused my tires to destroy themselves on the inside wall (the rest of the tire looks perfect). They also attempted to replace my factory Bilstein shocks with some garbage because "they're going to go out on you". FYI for the non-mechanics: Bilstein shocks are such high quality they include a lifetime warranty. Had the shocks checked out at 2 other mechanics and they asked me what idiot told me they were going to go out on me. I have the Firestone lifetime alignment, which would mean something if they knew what they were doing. Sadly, this has cost me a new set of front tires and a real alignment from a qualified mechanic.
