We have always had a great experience with Brakes Plus in McKinney. We have been using their services since they opened in 2009. They are always friendly and accommodating. They are honest but never pushy. Their prices are fair and they do an excellent job. We have used them for many different services and we are always pleased. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

Thank you Brakes Plus - McKinney for such great customer service.  I have been a customer at Brakes Plus for quite some time and I must say I have always been treated with respect and provided with quality service.    In the past I had to have a side mirror replaced and the team replaced it for me.  My most recent visit I was greeted by Sean and he was super! He took the time to view the pictures of my car that I had taken to show the issues I was having and he let me know they would inspect it to determine the issues. In the meantime, Sean offered to have their car service take me where I needed to go so that I didn't have to wait for the car to be repaired. About an hour later Sean called to let me know what the issues were and that they would need to keep the car.  I let him know that I would need my car and that I could bring  it back another day.  He was so nice amd genuinely concerned for my safety and stated that the car was not in good driving condition.  I felt so at ease that they once again arranged for me to have transportation. Sean and the team at Brakes Plus are amazing! I will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend them! 😊🤗

The ever dreaded car inspection turned out to be a pleasant experience. They said 45min to an hour. I was in and out in less than 30 min. Didn’t try and up-sell me on any unnecessary work. Sean was great to work with. I’ll be coming here with all my cars in the future.

I have used this location since they opened. They are very friendly,  professional, and polite. They are honest. I have signed off on work to be done and the price. Several different times I have returned to pick up my vehicle and the price ended up less than the original quote.

Great staff! Loved the honest feedback regarding my Jeep. They weren’t just trying to make an extra sale. Glad to know there’s still shops you can trust. We’ll be back! :)
