Terrible customer service. We took my 2 year old daughter in with special insoles to get fitted for a pair of shoes. The sales representative seemed annoyed and less than helpful. She didn’t suggest any options that she thought might work and just generally seemed annoyed. We drove two hours expecting to be helped by someone who knew how to properly fit a child, offer suggestions and to all around be helpful. Next time we will just drive to Rochester. I wouldn’t recommend this store if your child has wide feet or any special appliances for their shoes. If your child has a standard foot, they do have a nice selections.

The salesperson was helpful and patient as I walked around for a while in the shoes. I was trying on. She knows her shoes and brought us downstairs to their other store to find running shoes.
