I was at the store in Valley West Mall today. My boyfriend and I were never greeted. We were never asked if we could be helped. One lady was actually sitting on the counter with the cash register and never moved. How totally unprofessional. Another lady came out of the back, started a conversation with the lady sitting on the counter and never said a word to us. My boyfriend had to walk over to the one sitting on the counter to ask her a question. Really? Not a word was said when we left. I felt like we were an interruption. Worst customer service I ever had. Will never step foot in that store again.

The salespeople here were wonderfully helpful, they helped exchange my shoes (which were out of stock) and sent the new ones directly to my house. Excellent customer service!
