The General Manager, Jared Olson, is the reason I will continue shopping at Golf Galaxy. I'm very seldomly impressed with a business's customer service. I manage a local business, so I know the difference between employees who will just help a customer and an employee who enjoys helping a customer all while building value for the business. I arrived irritated/frustrated and left in a great mood. I'm impressed with his level of customer service. He is the reason I will return to make my golf purchases there.

Totally Ignored!  Went in there on a rainy winter monday morning made eye contact with all 5 employees walked all around store, picked up a club  or two, looked at balls, used the bathroom and asked some guy back by the practice cages about what they are for.  AT NO TIME WAS I ASKED IF I NEEDED ANY HELP!  UNTIL....I was going to walk out.  Then the guy by the cash register asked if I needed any help.  I said, "Yes, about 10 minutes ago when I came in!"  He was going to offer to help me but I told him that I was going to Scheels Sporting Goods where someone will talk to me and offer to help.  I DID and THEY DID!  Scheels was much busier and I was offered help in their golf department by 2 associates within 60 seconds of walking into that area.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any retailer. Getting my clubs serviced from local golf courses now and ordering online so I don't have to deal with these lazy, unhelpful, rude employees

Getting back to golf after a few years away from the game. Overall, I'm surprised at prices these days but have researched different stores and found Golf Galaxy in-line or lower in overall pricing. Excellent selection.
   The staff was curious, However, after receiving assistance on one item, that person walked away and I had to locate another employee for further help in the same area of the store. It made my purchasing take much longer than I wanted, considering few other customers were in the store...
