Really wish you guys had a hex bar! Shouldn't be a huge investment for a gym. But the selection of equipment is very nice and covers a variety of training goals.  If you're here to train for sports, lose weight, bulk, or whatever, there are options.  Kind of small and crowded but I wrote that in a previous review and of course many machines need to be accommodated in a somewhat small space.  Anyway I just really want a hex bar.

I am not a social media person, nor do I write reviews often.. However I feel the staff deserves a big thank you! I have been training with the Milford gym since December of 2016. I love my personal trainer Sue. She is dedicated to the success of her clients, and a wonderful cheerleader! Thank you to Greg for pairing us up! Greg has really gone above and beyond to help me along the way as well.. I really can not say enough about Greg and Sue. The cleaning staff is awesome and friendly! And Emily at the front desk makes my day! I love the size of the gym and how it feels like family when you walk through the door. Thank you to everyone for creating a wonderful atmosphere to train in. I give 5 stars to the staff!

My wife went there for a trial membership. They asked her for all of her information and gave her a free 30 day trial. She went there a few hours later and told them it wasn't for her and that she wanted to remove her application. 3 individuals including the manager tried to convince her/ force her to stay on. One even insulted her and told her she would never lose weight without them. After all that, they agreed to cancel it. 5 months later, we are still denying charges and jumping through hoops to have them stop charging. Apparently the process is more complex than the space program and call have to be made to answering machines until someone responds. Absolutely ridiculous process. A circus run by clowns.

People are nice. Equipment is up to date however 1 or 2 machines in need of repair. Great local gum.

If you’re looking for a gym with sticky machines, damp air, dirty locker rooms, zero internet, and unresponsive management then look no further!

Fitlab Milford offers a wide variety of damaged machinery for only $10 a month and a yearly service charge that is used to pay for the managers haircut, scarf, and fancy car. Come on down today for a tour! We'll show you all of the improvements in process!  (All of which our competitors would label as simple repairs.)

Do you have a problem with your bill? Well call someone who cares! ABC Financial, our payment processing company will be unavailable for the next 18 months making improvements (repairs) to their debiting process so you can be sure they won't give you any trouble, let alone get back to you if you leave a message.  

Thankfully, the majority of our staff are friendly and helpful, otherwise we'd be out of business!

Update after owner response.

"premier Fitness Club"  ROFLMAO

Fix the men's locker room bench, replace the disgusting toilet seat,  clean the tanning booth. 

And responding to the "never stepped foot" comment, either the 40 or 50lb dumbbell is loose I can't remember.. you finally purchased a larger kettle bell, you have two treadmills that are "improving", and you raised the paper dispenser exterior the men's locker room for some reason.

I will update this review when you live up to the premier comment.  Oh and hopefully you are taking care of your staff, they are a good group of kids.  For this I changed it to 2 stars.
