Good, responsive and knowledgable customer service. We were told the time frame that our vehicle was going to be done and it was done on time. They did a good job fixing my vehicle and I am a very picky customer.   When I picked the vehicle up, I was able to address my concerns and get my questions answered. Their administrators are very courteous and know how to answer questions even with tougher customers (like I am).  I  would recommend Fix Auto Burien to anyone looking for great repair work, good customer service and exceptional treatment. Thank you!

The experience I had with Greg and the shop was great, I ask them to put a 2017 Srt style bumper on my 2016 Dodge Charger RT, and Greg when out his way to get it done for me, it was very difficult for him to get the right information from the Dodge dealer and the bumper and parts took longer then I expected, as it was coming from Canada, witch it was not at all Greg's or the shop's fault, I gotta say the I recommend this shop to any one that needs work done, and definitely I would be coming back to take my car soon!
