After years of bringing our Subaru to Greg's, their truly poor customer service finally was revealed.  The weren't dishonest, but certainly didn't go the extra mile.  This occurred when our AC compressor failed, twice.  Each repair cost $1300. Greg's paperwork says they warranty repairs for 15,000 miles, but because the odometer accrued 18,000 before we brought it back they said they couldn't offer us any relief on the cost.  If we had brought it in when the noise first occurred it would have been under warranty, but instead we were told we had bad luck and we're required to pay for the full price of the second repair.

Well, we will not be bringing our bad luck back to Greg's.

Responsive and competitively priced.  My appointment was immediate, my car was repaired in a day and I was driven to and from my office.  The team was pleasant and knowledgeable.  Service doesn't get better than this!

I was recommended by a coworker to come here because of there knowledge, and customer service with Toyotas. I normally do all work for my vehicle unless It's something major but with the rain and weather I have not had time or luck. The guys here took my vehicle in after lunch on a snow day without me setting an appointment and were very quick and thorough. The price was definitely worth it and they now have a new customer for life! My car has 200,000+ and runs even better since her visit. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

Absolutely the best service. I trust the staff, and the job is done right the first time. The management is awesome. Great bunch of people they will definitely take care of you and your car!

Tried a couple of Greg's Japanese Auto.  They up sell business.  Do not recommend.  This has happened several times.
