This was an entirely great experience! I was nervous about buying my first car, but they were so incredibly patient and helpful. They spent so much time answering my questions and helping me to feel comfortable and confident in whatever decision I made. I feel no pressure to buy that day or from them at any point. I would definitely recommend this dealership for any of the car services they offer. Easiest biggest life change yet for this 25 year old.

Had a great experience here leasing a Jaguar. They were low key and patient with my extensive comparison shopping. Signing the lease and returning the car was ultra easy and they didn't pressure me to get something else right away. They really do act like they want a long term relationship which I'll be happy for when I'm ready for my next car.

Every person there is so friendly, so helpful, and so patient. They listened to our needs and our situation and helped as much as they could. They took the time to explain everything to me. They presented all my options and didn't pressure me. I am so excited for my new car. When the time comes, we will definitely go there again!

Took car in on  5/2? with Brake bulb fault message on computer screen. Was told to go to the Quick Service lane so they could change the bulb.
They found all lights working. Was told to go back to service and schedule  diagnostic check. Soonest available date was June 14.... waiting for diagnostic ..........Everyone  seemed  concerned and knowledgeable.... message  reappeared  on 5/26 and 5/27  with all lights properly working .... still waiting

Intermittent  was apparently a  filament in the brake light which finally decided to fail completely in late June.  Problem gone with bulb replacement.  I'm thankful that  no one thought I was completely deranged the several times I returned with a car that acted completely normal by the time it got to the garage.

This is the only dealership I go to. They are honest and straight forward.  Never any pressure or games with the price. I have purchased 4 vehicles here and cannot say enough positive things. 
The service department is great! The technicians are professional,  efficient and honest!
