Hi Anna, I just had my first consultation today and I had to write you immediately and tell you about my experience. I am new to North Carolina and after an extensive search for a new office for skincare, I decided to book an appointment with Synergy. What sold me was how informative your website was combined with the reviews. I absolutely loved the "Ask Anna" videos and watched them all. I could tell that you really put your heart and soul into Synergy, and you truly believe in what you do. I decided from there to book with you. When I walked in the door I was greeted by the most friendliest receptionists. They were both professional and pleasant. My appointment was with Monica at 4pm, and I have to tell you, she is amazing. From the moment we met, till the time I left, she just made me feel so welcomed. I asked her a million questions to which she showed me patience, understanding and provided solutions. She truly made me feel as if my time was valuable to her, and not the other way around. I could tell she really listened to me, and together we put together a treatment plan based on my needs. I was also very interested in switching my at home skincare products to Synergy's. Monica asked me questions, did a brief review of my skin, and wrote down for me the products I would need. Per my request we walked out to the front so she could show me the products she wrote down for me. But, then she went above and beyond by explaining them to me, what they do, and how they apply to my skin type. She was extremely knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable that I was in good hands. I was so impressed with the level of attention and care I received that after I left Monica I went straight to the receptionist desk and booked an appointment. How could I not? From the time that I walked in the door, to the time I left Monica, I felt valued and in good hands. I just wanted to take a moment to say Kudos to you and your team inside the belt-line. You've created an environment that I can trust for my skincare needs, and I now have a place I can trust in North Carolina...Sunny

I had Geoff as my massage therapist and he was extraordinary. I highly recommend Geoff and utilizing other Synergy services. Wonderful experience and will return soon!

I can’t say enough great things about this place ! Ive been going here for a while and I have to give a shout out to Jenna M because she is by far the best I’ve ever been to! She is a perfectionist and really takes her time and is very knowledgeable! Outstanding customer service all around !!!! Highly recommend !

I have thoroughly enjoyed visiting synergy over the past year. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I had the BEST experience with injector Catherine. She explained everything to me that I needed to know, and I am so in love with my results! I look forward to my future visits with her.

Jenna M. who does the injections is fantastic. She is so thoughtful, professional and the results are truly amazing. I highly recommend seeing Jenna she has earned my loyalty!!!
