disappointed with the customer service here... my wife (who is a new mother with a super-busy schedule herself) calls to schedule an appointment and is excited to finally be able to use the gift card that was given to her and was told "this week they are only doing 50 or 100 min massages; therefore, she couldn't use her 75-min gift card." Also, "oh save your gift card and use it another time." Hmm, no... Edit: Much to Synergy's credit, this was resolved very quickly. Thank your quick response and call.

I have had many great massages at Synergy. The one time I did not have a good experience, management promptly called me and made it right.

Love Synergy!!!! Becca, Jenna, Kelly, and Anna are amazing! Synergy's customer service from the front to the back has been awesome! Wonderful experiences all around! I have and will continue to refer friends and family.

My decision to go to Synergy and listen to the advice of their top nurse has literally ruined my skin. Close to two years ago, after extensive research, I chose Synergy after everything I read about them. I had a consultation to treat tiny 1/4 inch sections of melasma under each of my eyes. I chose to do this for my 40th birthday and make the "investment in my skin". Well, long story short, this nurse used a laser that is KNOWN to aggravate melasma and after about 3 weeks, my problem worsened 150%. After multiple treatments and months of trying to trust in Synergy actually correcting this damage, I am now left with permanent damage. I have hyperpigmentation on over half of my face, uneven and damaged texture (orange peel skin....research botched laser treatments and it's my skin exactly) and highly reactive, sensitized skin. And the worst part of the whole story is Synergy does not care. Their affiliated doctor was kind enough to perform some treatments, but sadly they worsened the condition. Any attempts I've made to get further corrections have gone completely unanswered. This has left me zero confidence in the facility's skill, knowledge and customer service. I am writing this now with hopes that it may stop another woman dealing with hormonal hyperpigmentation from making this same mistake I made. It is now summer, and my condition is literally worsening by the day and I'm left with a constant reminder of this terrible decision that I made to trust Synergy. Please be careful, please do further research, please do not want to get rid of the problem so badly that you'll fall for uninformed providers. Every single doctor that I have seen since this happened (including their doctor) has said IPL lasers are known to worsen melasma and are not recommended. I have worked in skincare for over a decade and truly thought this was a top notch facility. They certainly have a beautiful environment and can "sell" their services, but the bottom line is, if they mess you up, they don't have the skill or desire to correct you. Please don't end up like me.

My wife Susan had wonderful comments on how professional her experience was with Elissa. " Elissa had an incredible way of connecting by creating a calm, comforting aura." So glad we have Synergy and Elissa both right here in our neighborhood. I'm already booked for a follow up visit and talking Synergy to all my friends.
