I ordered a lily arrangement to be sent to a loved one as a thank you gift. l also received a picture sent to my email of the BEAUTIFUL lily arrangement before it was sent out to be delivered. I truly couldn’t be happier about the quality of flowers picked for the arrangement. 
I will definitely give Flowers by Zack Low my business anytime I need a beautifully done flower arrangement!

A dear friend passed suddenly. I wanted to send flowers to the funeral and I was told to call this shop as they work directly with the funeral home. What a pleasant experience in the midst of this - I also need to mention that I live across the country in the NE and was hoping to send something tasteful as a rememberence-this shop is professional, caring and quick. I was able to text a photo of a bouquet that I saw on a wedding website. Danielle quickly sent me a photo of the flowers that were available, assured me that the order would be delivered in time, and then sent me a photo of what was delivered. I like the technology that is used to communicate with a customer who lives out of town. I liked that she followed through and sent the photo without me asking. People, if you live in the area, this shop is the place to go. You have my seal of approval-well done.

I had made a poor choice of choosing a well-known online flower retailer to order a Valentine's Day bouquet.  The online retailer changed, then cancelled my order without notifying me until late the night before Valentine's Day.  On the morning of Valentine's Day, within the space of a short phone call, Zach-Low florists were able to put together an awesome bouquet, and deliver the same day.  Excellent customer service, really nice people, and a much more beautiful bouquet than the one I had originally arranged.  They really saved my Valentine's Day.  This will be my florist from now on.  Many thanks!

I am so pleased with the order I placed last week.  It was beautiful.   They are Absolutely the best flower shop in Albuquerque.  I have never been disappointed with any order.

We LOVE Flowers by Zach-Low! They always deliver a quality product, at a great price, and ensure that it's to our specifications. Their customer service is spectacular!!! :) A huge "Thumbs Up" to everyone who works there. You all have HEART - New Mexico Heart Institute can attest to that. 

The "Pay-it-Forward Day" was a great success, around the office. Getting to surprise random employees with a BEAUTIFUL Flower was really something special. Some of them truly needed a pick-me-up that day, and Zach-Low supplied a lasting smile to their face! Great Job, Zach-Low!!

We will be using you for ALL of our flower needs!
