I am a little frustrated with them because I place my order for v-day delivery online to busy at work to stop by anyway online takes my credit card # puts 145.00 on hold to process, half hour after getting confirmation # lady calls me and says they can not guarantee time of delivery I than asked if I could pick up on v-day and manager Jordan says they have no room to hold what i ordered than says it takes 3 days for money to return to my account. So now I get no roses for my wife I don't even get my money back before v-day to get elsewhere. Just not right. I want to see if I will get a contact back from upper management. If not I will post a review every week. They need better way of processing online orders plain and simple...

just lost my mother, under the Jewish traditions we had to to the burial as soon as possible. We had less than 16 hours to get ready. We stoped by Peoples Flowers on San Mateo and Candelaria and meet with Jordan. She went above and beyond our expectations to make sure that we get our flowers ready by noon next day. Not only they were on time but also flowers looked amazing. I thought there was a mistake when I saw them, we didn't know how they were going to look, all we knew is that Jordan told us she make sure they will have special touches, and yes they did. 
Thank you Jordan for making our day a bit easier. Flowers were just gorgeous and we can't thank you enough for going above and beyond.

First time I ever ordered flowers for my boyfriend and the experience was beyond great! Cecilia was super nice and offered great customer service through my whole phone order. They were able to do same day delivery service which was great! I received an email confirmation of my payment and when they successfully delivered my order; (very neat by the way!) I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality customer service and beautiful flower arrangements!

I cannot belive  that the general manager of this place denided to deliver a special order for a art opening at the KiMo Theater at specific time. (4:45 to 5:00PM) I have been in personalized costumer service for over 35 years. It is inadmisible this poor service from the place that I thougbt that this  was the best place of Burque. It is not and ot is far away to be.

I have been purchasing from People's Flower Shops for about 20 years.  They are consistent, their online ordering is very easy to use, and they always create beautiful arrangements.  Very customer service oriented
