Major props to Albuquerque Florists! Thank you very much for your prompt service, and for the excellent customer service when I called. The associate I spoke with this morning was wonderful. The person whom received the flowers was super thrilled and they did an outstanding job in incorporating my wants in their custom arrangement . "Excellently Done" is the best way I can phrase it. UPDATE I am beyond words. The owner actually called me, apologized for the quality and promised a better experience next time. Out of his kindness he also offered me a gift card to uphold that promise. Thank you Brennen. I really appreciate it. LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE I ordered expecting it to look like the picture from the internet but looked nothing like it. Stems were showing, wayyy too much baby breath.

Went to their website and found an arrangement in my budget. I decided to buy it. So I started going through the process. That’s when the website tells me the bouquet I’m looking at is actually $15 more expensive and I can buy the “classic” for posted price. That’s dishonest. I’m not buying from them. I’m going somewhere else.
