I needed a bouquet for my wife. They said the flowers would be at her work before it closed. 45 minutes later she calls to thank me for the flowers. Talk about fast delivery. Very impressed.

I was sent flowers as a gift from my boyfriend last week and the flowers are even more beautiful than the day i got them. They are very fresh, beautifully designed and smell wonderful! Thank you melbas!!!

The flowers my daughter received for her birthday were amazing!! The woman who took my order by phone (I live in NW Arkansas) was kind and professional. Working on a tight budget I thought I would have a hard time getting just "The Look" I was looking for. But Nope! Melba's Flowers pulled it off beautifully, in budget, and well within the time frame I was hoping for. Thank you Melba's Flowers for making my daughter's surprise and day that much brighter!! Hugs!!

It was a horrible experience. I decided to send flowers and nothing went right. I had to call again and again to see when they would be delivered. I was told on 3 separate phone calls that they would be there in 15 min. The last phone call I was told that I had been lied to the entire time. I would never use them again and I would NOT recommend them to any one else. If I could give ZERO Stars I would. To top it all off I got hung up on.

My friend from Colorado ordered flowers to be delivered by 11 am on a Friday. Not only did they not deliver them by then, they delivered the wrong size the following Monday and the baby roses were half dead. They left a door message that they tried to deliver on Sat. while I was at my mom's mass and to call them. I called 4x and no answer or voice mail. Today the baby roses are brown and withered (Wed.) and they are coming to pick them up so that my friend can get a refund! Astounding! I would not suggest to anyone to EVER use this florist! TOTAL DISGRACE! These flowers were in honor of my mom who passed. Any decent florist would have sent a fresh arrangement, the right size and refunded my friend without having to return the first arrangement. Then to top it off, a message was on the second arrangement saying that they didn't know it had to be there by the mass. Are you kidding me????? It doesn't matter what the occasion is. If a florist confirms an order and time to be delivered, then it should be honored. That's what we pay for. I feel badly for my friend that had to go thru this. I wouldn't have even given 1 star but I had to in order to write this pathetic review. The response to this notice is equally pathetic since the order was for Friday. Not once did the florist take responsibility for this issue. He didn't even mention my friend was from out of state. And never in my entire life did I ever hear of a florist picking up flowers from a recipient. And I did not call after hours unless they're only opened for a half day. Please, don't waste your money.
