It was my first time ordering from here and it will probably be the last. I ordered an sunflower arrangement for a very special friend and when she received the arrangement it was nothing like I ordered first it had no sunflowers second the vase I had ordered was a tall the one they sent was a short white vase which was nothing like in the picture!!! And to finish it off some of the smaller flowers were dry and crispy falling off the arrangement!!!! So I after I revived the arrangement I contacted the flower shop and they said they would send me a new arrangement and I still haven’t received anything!!! What a way to treat their customers. Like I said first and last time I order anything from them.

I use Albuquerque Florist every time I send flowers. They have never disappointed until this Valentines. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on February 14th but were not. When I called the staff was a little short with me ( I'm sure they were busy given it was valentines day) but they did offer to upgrade the flowers and add free strawberry's to be delved the next day. The flowers and strawberry's were delivered but there was no upgrade to the flowers, they were the same ones I had ordered.  I'll give them another chance given this is the first bad experience I've had with them and they at least tried to make up for their mistake.

Albuquerque Florists has the best selection & prices in town! The staff is always friendly and accomidating. I've been shopping here for over 10 years, they are my go to flower shop! Aubrey was awesome & super friendly, she helped me pick the perfect arrangement for my wife!

I found this location by just driving by, & don't let the front exterior fool you. The inside is HUGE! They'll take you into the cooler room to look at the options if you're unsure of what you'd like. Wonderfully helpful & friendly staff, beautiful arrangements, agreeable prices. Absolutely recommend!

Just sent flowers to my mother who is 89 years old. Her neighbor took a picture which is sparsely the same bouquet of flowers we payed for at $89.00. Don't use this florist! Looked liked $20 worth
