Very unorganized, hanged it too tight to rounders, you will lost interest of moving and look what you want to see because of tightness, no stories on displays, overall just don't know what to browse. It's so messy. Not so inviting to visit again.

As much as I love forever21 I don't plan on shopping at the Seattle outlet mall store forever21 after the incident that happened in the store where I asked if they offered a military discount and overheard the manager badmouthing the military and how they shouldn't have special privileges. First off stores offer discounts for military not just to show their support but it also helps promote your company. Same goes to student and senior citizen discounts. I respect others opinions but I won't tolerate people disrespecting the military.
