I'd Give it no stars if i had the option. Absolutely appalling and terrible service. They watch you like a hawk which is fine but then after watching you try bracelets the girl asks you about where certain items on display are basically insinuating that you took them. In fact the bracelets were just on the lids if she just looked with her eyes. Initially my mother was reluctant to go to this store because of poor service in the past but i wanted her to pick something for her special day. All three associates managed to upset my mother on her birthday by misleading us on deals and their bad attitudes. I'm more than upset about their lack of respect and stuck up attitude. It is not that i cant afford to buy your items if they aren't on sale but don't mislead us on extra discount to trick me to buy more and then expect me to be fine with it up at cash. Staff here act all nice and sweet but really its just all an act. They tell you they are there to help but when you ask them more about certain items you can see they get annoyed and their eyes roll eventhough there's no one else in the store. Just because one color is out doesn't mean another is. I am there to buy stuff and you are there to help. I wanted to buy more things but they clearly couldn't be bothered. Come here if you know what you want and for some fake smiles. Don't believe their extra discounts for buying more because when you pay they tell you its not part of the deal. I recommend buying online. No service is better than poor service.

Beautiful selection, unfortunately I did not buy anything because the lady kept hovering over me like I was going to steal something. I know I look young and that may equate to no money, but that's not true. I was ready to spend and sadly I noticed everything I touched she would check to make sure it wasn't stolen. When I asked questions she would brush me off and act like she didn't want me to touch the product. I even asked if she had more sizes in a ring and she barely looked. I did not appreciate the judgemental environment.
