Had a wonderful experience with Brittany. She was helpful and kind. Went in the next time and was degraded and made out to be a bother by their current employee Phillip. Will not bother coming back to this location.

Slow on resizing took 2 weeks to get my ring back, upon receiving it the pearl was loose, and the band was scratched. The second day of having it the pearl fell out. I had it rush repaired and had a promise date but did not receive the ring until 2 days after my promise date. Won't be purchasing anything else from this store or jewelry branch.

The people were nice but pushy. My husband and I went in to just look at wedding rings to update his because we didn't have the money at the time, but by the time we walked out, they had managed to push us into special-ordering a ring for him and in order to do so, they said they would have to run my credit. Here I just thought this was for a credit approval to verify I could afford the $200 ring (ridiculous, anybody could put that on a credit card). As it turns out, they issued me a Kay Jewlers credit card without even telling me. I couldn't believe it, 10 days later, a card showed up in the mail and they had never told me that I'd be issued a credit card. I will never shop there again.

I was deceived and cheated on as a customer and personally insulted as a person by the staff here. They didn't honour their gift card, made me pay for a higher price than they originally quoted me for, wasted my time by bantering with me until I almost missed my tour bus back to Canada and I overheard the manager Lori saying that I am purposely trying to cause trouble for them because I am using my parents' money. I have visited many large brands around the world and traveled more than 20 countries in my life, but this retail experience is by far the most disappointing and berating of all. Don't ever go there.
