Good discounts during holiday times. The security guard who was standing to maintain the queue was highly unprofessional and spoke really rude. I did not like his attitude. Staff inside the store were very friendly and helpful though. expect 30min plus waiting in queue to get in during holiday times. Returns are simple and easy. Walk in with receipt and the payment card used.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! everyone is so helpful regardless if I'm buying a twenty dollar key chain or a five hundred dollar purse. And oh my goodness you defiantly can't beat the prices !! The only thing is sometimes the other customers can be rude to not just me but to the staff. I do wish I could have removed a few shoppers just to protect the staff from ridiculously demanding rude people. And some times on weekends when they are busy they have to limit the amount of customers in the store to only five or six to stop shop lifting so you have to line up outside and in the cold that sucks but still totally worth it

I bought four bags here for my family and friends. They were only gonna give me ONE piece of carry bag per store policy. I said the four bags won't even fit! I also said the bags were for different individuals but the very rude store manager (Maria) said I am just trying to circle around. I had to show them I am upset before they gave me a second bag! The cashier said it is not their fault so I said how is it the customer's fault if you run low of carry bags. It is your problem don't pass them to the customers! On a positive note there were two other staffs there who are nice (Sorry I forgot their names but I think they should be the store managers) who said this has been a problem with a lot of customers lately. With MARIA as store manager I would not shop here again. The store owner should send her to a customer service course! No wonder this store has so many negative reviews.

Horrible staff and confusing prices. Or maybe they just don't care. I pulled an item on the sale rack and when we got to the cash register they told us that it was an incorrect price on the sale rack or it was not suppose to be 20 % off when the sign was clearly on sale rack. These are two separate items on the same day. The manager should get reprimanded for not doing his job. I would rather go to a regular Michael Kors store to get better service and more friendly employees even if the prices are higher.

Staff are excellent and helpful..specially the two Asian staff that made our visit worthwhile.We are going back for sure!Great prizes!Keep it up guys!
