I dropped off a pair of earrings on 11/20/17 for a repair estimate, and was told the jeweler would contact me on 11/21/17 with the info. I waited patiently until today (12/4/17) and then called to inquire. They could not find my ticket and asked me if I was sure of the ticket number I just read to her. After a few more minutes my ticket was located, yes it was the correct number. I asked her why I had not been contacted and she was very nonchalant about it. No apology or concern about the customer who left an item in their care and never heard back and had to initiate contact. When I was in the store the same rep made a snide comment, but I ignored it as people can have bad days, but apparently that was indicative of the level of service they provide and should have been a warning sign. Sadly the only reason I went there was because Wagner Jewelers was closed. Never again.
