I went in the beginning of July to purchase a bridesmaid dress for my best friends wedding. We had paid the extra for the super rush fast shipping to be here on 8/5. On 8/12, I called the store asking what the status update was as I had not heard from them and the wedding on 9/9. The employee informed me that I was never told my dress would arrive on 8/5 but it would arrive 8/15; not only did I hear 8/5 when I purchased my dress, but my friend also heard this, confirming that August 5 was the date we were given. 8/15 comes around, my dress still isn't in. I call again, they state that it was pushed back a week .8/18, I call yet again, only to be told that my dress wouldn't be in until 8/23. I asked for the owner to call me. She did, she was very rude and disrespectful on the phone to me, on August 18. She stated that there was NO way that her employees could be wrong and had relayed the wrong information about the original date, everyone makes mistakes, if you made a mistake just own up to it instead of stating the customer is wrong. I proceeded to ask for the super rush fee back, she told me there was no way she would do that since I was apparently wrong with what I heard, she did not offer to do anything for the inconvenience. She kept pushing for me to get my dress altered at her business, WRONG, I will never use anything from her again. I told her I would take my business elsewhere, she stated her business only had the best dresses and that it would be my loss. The owner is completely unreasonable and will cut you off when you try to speak with her. She talks over you and interrupts you stating that you, as a customer, are automatically wrong and her staff can do absolutely no wrong. My dress came in 8/23, the bride went to pick it up for me, her name was on my order, but still needed to have me call to have the dress released to her. They then proceeded to ask AGAIN if I wanted to make an alteration appointment with their seamstress that has a 2 week turn around. The wedding was in 2 weeks, they then said I could pay a rush fee to have it altered faster. NO THANKS. This business, all the employees, are extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this business to anyone

Did not like my experience at all. They didn't greet my fiancé and I with a smile and acted like we were an inconvenience to them for being there. We had an appointment to get some info and get fitted for tuxes for him and one of his groomsman. The lady put a book in front of us, went over what is what and walked away. Although she stood behind the desk the whole time, I felt it was very impersonal and unprofessional. I had questions to ask and she was just very grumpy about it. I would like to be able to see tuxes before we purchase them! But that wasn't an option we had. I wanted to leave almost as soon as we sat down. My fiancé also wasn't impressed. Almost ruined our day as this is supposed to be something exciting and fun and it wasn't fun at all. She wasn't friendly or happy at all. I highly recommend Men's Warehouse instead - they're awesome!!

BEWARE!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My friend wanted us to rent our suits from here. From the beginning I showed up for all of my appointments to get fitted and I paid what was owed on time. The suits came in on Monday the week of the wedding. They are open from 11-5, but closed on Tues. SO they told us that we had to come in and try them on Mon and that they had someone special coming in to do any adjustments. I told them that I will not to make that time because of my work schedule which is 10-6:30. I told them I can do later or I can do earlier which would work best for me. They told us that they are going to have a special time for us on Tues and that they were going to come in on their day closed JUST FOR US, BUT guess what hours they decided to come in THAT'S right their normal business hours that everyone besides the groom and one of the groomsman was not able to make the time. Then I had the lady Ann call me and give me a ear full because the wedding party is not trying to participate and that they are going above and beyond for us and MY JOB should not work me so many hours and that they should let me LEAVE MY JOB to drive and try on this suit and measurements. REMIND YOU they told us this time ON MONDAY the day prior to when they having this special time dedicated to us and that we need to make the time set aside for us that they did not discuss with the Groom or the Bride if this time fit anyone. AND I BEEN TELLING these people for weeks now that I can come in early 9 9:30, but they want to come at me and point fingers and making it seem like they are trying to do all of this extra stuff for us when from the beginning that time frame did not work for majority of the party. My suit is fine, shoes fit small, shirt was extremely big but I am able to manage for the event but waste of $200. AND COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS BUSINESS! Spend $200 at mens warehouse at least they big enough to not have the issues that this small businesses seems to have on inventory and not be able to be more flexable. maybe if the prices were cheaper I would say suck it up.

Crying is not how I imagined ending my dress buying experience. My family was in town for one day to help. Arriving we were greeted with smiles but I had to fend for myself putting dresses on. The ones that were too big I had to ask for clips to make it tighter which my family put on. No one could tell me how much alterations would cost the FOUR times I asked over the months. It took 3 months to find someone else to do them. The wrong size was originally ordered and I almost left the parking lot before realizing a size 16 was put in instead of a 10. The owner pressured me into buying a sash from them after saying they may not have it later on and kept saying I shouldn't buy it online because she had to pay her employees. I couldn't return it. The sales girl who was very sweet to me is the only thing that made me go through with the purchase that day. When I went to go try on my dress when it came in I was met with zero enthusiasm. I felt rushed out of there and cried all the way home. I was informed after the dress came in that a fee would be tacked on PER DAY if the dress was left there. When your wedding is 5 months out that's quite a bit added to the purchase of the dress especially when no one can tell you how much alterations could end up being. I had to pray my fiancé would not accidentally see it at the house for months! This experience should have been such a happy one but I still cringe looking back.

While I didn't end up purchasing my dress from here, I absolutely loved Pamela and had a wonderful time in the shop. They had a cute little area to show off the dresses to my bridesmaids and plenty of drinks for everyone. I would recommend this shop to anyone as they do have a wide selection of dresses--and Pamela and her crew had several dresses picked out for me when I arrived. I just ended up finding a dress I loved more elsewhere--but I did love this shop!
