I love Simply Modern Bridal! From start to finish, they exceeded expectations and delivered me a beautiful and unforgettable wedding gown that I am so excited to wear. They were my first bridal appointment, in which I purchased my dress. I ended up with a dress that Kay had picked out for me... she hit my style on the nail! The dress came in quickly, and looked amazing. My fittings were so thorough and actually a lot of fun! The final fitting and alterations made the dress look like it was hand sewn for me. I was sad to pick up my dress because that meant that I would not be going back to Simply Modern. The staff is amazing, helpful and so on par with styles, tips, tricks, etc. I will definitely be taking my dress there to get it preserved. Thank you so much for making my big day special!

This review is mixed for me. I love the staff at this place - they were very helpful during the entire process and for that I would definitely give them five stars. 
However,  the alterations process through this store leaves something to be desired. I learned a valuable lesson with my wedding dress, which was that you need to be VERY clear and cover every single inch of your dress in the consultation or you'll end up with something that doesn't work. Being that this was my first (and hopefully only) dress shopping experience, I did not know that when they tell you they are taking a foot of fabric off your dress to shorten it, they only mean the front. The train is apparently something quite separate to those that do alterations here. As a result, I ended up with a train that was about 2x larger than the designer pictures showed. This by itself, though unexpected, could have been ok. However, I was getting married outside and OF COURSE it poured the day of my wedding and got my very long train very, very soaked. My now very heavy skirt was then bustled for the reception and because it was so heavy it pulled the back down on the dress and made ANOTHER (albeit much shorter) train which was either (a) so heavy that it popped a bustle button itself or (b) popped buttons when someone at the reception stepped on my not-supposed-to-be-dragging-the-floor train. Either way I ended up with a broken bustle that made some very odd folds sticking out across my backside for the reception. Conclusion I drew from all this: Be sure you really understand what is happening on every single inch of your dress alteration or end up with a broken bustle that gives you chiffon "butt horns" that you get to enjoy in your wedding photos forever.

I randomly came across this bridal shop after going to lunch with my mother.  I stopped in there to see what they had to offer and the main thing that stood out to me was the ladies that work there.  I had such a great feeling just speaking with the ladies who work there.  I felt so special and I only  was just browsing!  When I got to my appointment (a little late), they were welcoming to of all my bridesmaids, and we had a sit down chit-chat prior.  The ladies that work in this shop GENUINELY care about you finding your dream dress. I felt like I've known them forever.  I am 1000% confident I found my dream dress, I am so happy with my purchase.  They made me feel comfortable, and beautiful!  I highly recommend this place every bride!

I went in very anxious and nervous because it was my first time being a bride. I got an appointment very easily and I knew what style I wanted in my head. The ladies there greeted me when I walked in and all were very polite and welcoming. I can't remember the woman's name who helped me, but she was amazing! She asked me what style I liked and picked out a few for me to try on. Every dress she picked was exactly what I wanted but I fell in love with one that I didn't expect to fall in love with! She was very patient with me and didn't make me feel uncomfortable with helping me get dressed. She was very knowledgeable and sweet when it came to what veil would go with my hair and my dress and what belt would match.   The entire time, they made me feel like a princess!! And then at the end when I chose my dress, she gave me a hug and wished me the best of luck. My dress was off the rack and was BEAUTIFUL. All of their dresses, veils and belts are beautiful. I recommend this place for everyone! Professional, clean and very helpful. I am going back in June to get my dress altered and I can't wait! Thank you to everyone there :)
