I love hot topic's clothing and merchandise but it's always a struggle to visit the store. It can have very judgmental customers and the employees aren't reliable. While checking out the other day I was super excited for a shirt I had picked out but when I got home it wasn't in the bag. I checked my receipt and realized that the cashier never rang it up. I registered her setting it aside but I thought it was to bag. That was not the case. There was an issue ringing it up and instead of telling me she just went on and completed my order. I have no problem ordering it online except that the sale of buy one get 50% off allowed me to get a half priced shirt. Therefore costing my money. Just reminding that if you shop at hot topic the employees are probably like you... antisocial. They can be too socially awkward to actually do their job.
