These folks went way above and beyond for my son. We bought a suit and were fine with the estimated turnaround for tailoring. However, my son had the unforseen opportunity for a job interview with 3 days' notice. The suit wouldn't be ready in time, so we called the store to see if they had any suggestions. I was blown away by their response of "bring him in tonight, we will make sure he is dressed to interview". They got him in a jacket that was a nice fit and altered the pants while we waited. No extra charge and we will swap for his suit when it's ready. These folks weren't merely trying to sell a suit. They were making sure they did whatever they could to help ensure my son was dressed for success as he graduates and moves on to the next stage of life. I am very grateful and will be back with my younger 2 sons!

Great place, they make you feel right at home and are quite flexible. They helped us tremendously when we had issues with another location. Would recommend this location to anyone.

Staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. Clean store with vast variety. Staff also showed wonderful patience with my 4 y/o. Rodney Thomas made the whole experience wonderful. Will be going back for other items soon.

I can not tell you how satisfied I am with the customer service that was provided, the fantastic deals, and the location. I was helped by Mr. Rodney Thomas and he was very friendly, efficient, and surprisingly found me the perfect suit within minutes. Mr. Thomas went above and beyond in every way possible and I want to make sure his amazing efforts are recognized.

Been in the store twice in the last week. Both times I had attentive, and thoughtful, service. It harkens back to a time and place in brick and mortar retail when you had a chance at building a relationship with your salesperson because you expected to be back, and they expected to still be there.
