Feels like good old socialist medicine. If you have an issue that is sort of urgent just go to the ER and hope they actually take care of you. Sick call is pointless and polluted with folks. Just go to the ER even though it's not an emergency because it will take you a month for first available. So hopefully it isn't a time sensitive issue. I've went out and paid an urgent care for healthcare. Oh and let's not forget the good old pharmacy wait time.

It’s hard to like the staff when you never see the same doctor or when it takes MONTHS to get an appointment. Not to mention the fact that I had a serious health problem that they discovered in December but didn’t tell me until the middle of February. 
Thanks for multiple ER visits that could have been avoided

Shout out to excellence in customer and patient service.  I am traveling and needed a tetanus shot; I made a phone call, received excellent information. Went to the hospital: registered with patient administration, sent to the allergy clinic, filled out simple forms, taken to the waiting room and waited less than 5 minutes received my painless shot and out the door in less than 20 minutes. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, polite! Great job - you made my day. Now off to Honduras with no concerns.

Worst ER. Good luck trying to get seen by a doctor within 4hrs of waiting.  And this has happened numerous times.

The hospital is great.  Google maps wants to take you the most direct route from off-base to the hospital (Belvoir Rd.) which is bad because that gate is frequently closed and Google won't/can't offer alternative gates such as the Tulley gate at Rt.1 and Pohick Rd.
