This particular Starbucks has three nice seating areas, and is quite cozy. There are tables and chairs (regular cafe-type seating arrangement), and another one with cozy chairs and couches that invites you to enjoy your beverage in a more relaxing way. The drawback for me was that there is no menu! Half the time I come in without knowing what kind of drink I'm in the mood for, and I actually look at the wall-menu to decide. In this particular place there is no menu, only specials were advertised. Also took me a few seconds to figure out where to order/pick up, there is no clear indication of where the line begins, and there was no one at the register so I got a little disoriented for a moment. Overall the place is nice and my coffee was delicious, and service was nice and friendly.

This place is awful! They are SO incredibly slow even when they aren't busy. Their employees don't care about being timely at ALL, absolutely no sense that people are trying to get a coffee and get to work. Don't even bother unless you have 25 minutes to wait.

As expected,  the coffee and service were excellent. The problem with this SB, though, is the lack of seating. It is often crowded and not conducive to quiet conversations or study.
