Foul Experience at Fowler
Took my 2013 Explorer out for service on April 25th 2018, pulled into the "Quick Lane" (Ha Ha) at 11:30 am to get an oil change/service and also ask the service person to put two new tires on the front. I have always got my service work here when it was Joe Cooper but this was my first time under the Fowler flag.  First thing I noticed was the waiting area had been moved from the service dept side into the main show room, oh yea they say it's more comfortable and roomy for you over there and we will come and update you or get you when it's ready.  So I wait, wait and wait now realize this new waiting room is out of view of the service area, so after almost two hours of waiting at now about 1:15 I'm thinking they must be about finished so I go ahead and walk back over to the service area.  I'm looking into the garage through the viewing windows where you used to be able to watch your work being preformed and do not see my car so I'm thinking great it must be ready!  I question the service person only to find that after two hours they had not even pulled my car in to change the oil, and he says it's next (of course) but it will take about an hour to go get the tires and another hour to get them installed. Obviously I was very unhappy but did not say anything negative or get out of line even though I really wanted to, I just said I can't wait that long go ahead and bring my car around and maybe I'll reschedule later.  So they bring the car around except instead of pulling it back inside through the fast lane garage bay where I dropped it off they parked it outside while it was "raining" and pointed in the direction, I then said "guess you have to spend some money here to keep from walking out in the rain! In which the service tech only then said well I could pull it inside for you.  Now I know why they moved the waiting area out of view of your vehicle so you won't know that there not working on car when you think they are. In questioning the service person his reason was that they only had one service tech and he had to be pulled off to do a 4 tire change on another car.  Well don't matter now I'm a type of person that if I get this bad of service I DO NOT COME BACK!  I left there and headed straight to Tate Boys Tire and Service, got oil changed and serviced and two new tires balanced and an all four wheel alignment all in just a little over an hour about like it should be, and yes even they had to go to the warehouse to get the tires but still got me finished up in a timely manner.  Hate that Joe Cooper is gone, now for warranty work I will have to go some where else but I will not go back to FOWLER!

Polite people. Wonderful selection of vehicles. Bought one there 2 years ago used and still running great.Keep up the great work Fowler. I am thinking of purchasing another vehicle from there. I can be sure that it will be another great vehicle! See ya soon!

Purchasing 4 new vehicles at Fowler Ford has been a pleasant and very easy process. The staff is knowledgeable with the product that they sale and the process from start to finish was completely hassle free which made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. I will recommend my family and friends to Fowler Ford . Thank you!!

Went there after 5 PM to see about getting my oil changed and they got me right in.  I asked for them to use a oil filter that I brought and they said sure.  They even asked the technician if he used it and he didn't see the filter on the seat so they pulled the car back in and changed it out and added any lost oil.  They complimented my car and I even looked at another car to possibly buy.  They used to be Joe Cooper Ford.

The workers there were completely rude and disrespsectful. They were putting their hands in my face. And then when I said something about them being rude to me, they threatened to call the police on me. I honestly believe they are racist. A white woman walked in and they treated her as if she was a queen. But as soon as I walk in, they treated me like I wasn’t a person. I went through 3 different types of management and each of them was rude to me. I will never ever go back there again.
