My parents purchased their second Toyota this past weekend (2/3/18).  Both of whom have not purchased new vehicles in 10+ years and are not technologically savvy with the bells and whistles of new cars.  Eddie has the patience of a saint!  Working with my parents on every detail and features of their cars and making himself available whenever needed.  His knowledge exceeds sales expectations.  During the numbers and trade-in process, Don (who is also a personal friend) put their mind at ease that they were getting the best price.  The financing process through Alesia was outstanding and seamless.  She had all the paperwork well organized and made the signing process a breeze.  All and all top notch customer service from start to finish.  We are now a Toyota family!  I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a new car!

I had a really great experience a few weeks ago w/ Dustin setting me up with a test drive and valuing my trade-in vehicle. The person I'd initially been paired with in sales was out and Dustin was very knowledgeable and speedy with what time I had available in the evening. We test drove one Camry and went over another Toyota model they'd recently received stock for, the Corolla iM. Even in the appraisal process I felt that compared to other dealerships, what Fred Anderson Toyota was offering was very fair. I highly suggest this dealership for quality customer care and if he's available, Dustin should definitely help you out.

One of the best Service departments I have ever encounter. They always take care of you and make things right if you have any concerns.  Hassle free shopping and prices are always perfect compared to other Toyota dealers. I would recommend this place to anyone friends, family or strangers.

From test drive to financing, my experience with Matt and Anderson Toyota was as easy as buying a new car can be. I never felt pressured or condescended to (yes, that still happens to us ladies) at all. Price negotiations were fair, and I left in my new car completely satisfied. I’ve dealt with other dealerships, and Anderson is my first choice. Don’t hesitate to ask for Matt Worlock - he’s great. Christen in finance was awesome, too!

Samuel Thomas helped me out in a professional, yet friendly and compassionate manner throughout the whole experience. I am from New York and was put into a tough situation when I got into an accident in Charleston. Samuel and the other members of his staff were understanding and helped me through the process of purchasing a vehicle  with diligence, and in a timely manner. I can't say enough positive things about my experience and appreciate everyone at Fred Anderson for their hard work.
