Mitch and Justin at Enterprise Car Sales were amazing! The experience from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I walked out was phenomenal. Everyone there was pleasant and ready to serve; even the people who weren't directly working with me made sure I was comfortable and that I had coffee or water throughout my visit. I didn't know what kind of car I wanted before I arrived. I feared that, what I was willing to spend and what I would be proud to drive weren't going to be the same. However, Mitch asked all the right questions and found me a vehicle that matched both of those criteria. He heard me loud and clear and the 1st vehicle he found was the one I bought. Justin took over for the financing part and was equally as pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone for the trading and buying experience. They took care of all DMV and auto insurance items right there at Enterprise. Additionally, as part of the package I chose, I will receive auto repairs & tire replacement for many future miles - as well as an Enterprise rental car if/when my vehicle in the shop under the agreed upon mileage. Thank you Mitch and Justin for all of your help! Job well done.

I am posting this review after I bought a Jeep Compass last Tuesday, had issues with it, returned it for a Jeep Patriot, and my husband bought a Dodge Ram. I researched vehicles for almost a year prior, and Enterprise and Vehicles Direct had the best values overall. I went with Enterprise due to their deal with my bank, Heritage Trust. I am writing this review because not only am I happy with my vehicle and my husband is happy with his, but because Maria, in sales, went out of her way to assist me prior to my arrival at the business, and while I was there. Very pleasant, intelligent, and efficient, Maria assisted both of us with all of our paperwork, insurance changes, the vehicle transfer, getting our vehicles clean, fueling them, and transferring plates, all while in a dress and heels, in sweltering Charleston humidity, and on a holiday at that. If you are an employer looking for someone diligent in customer service skills, this is your woman. Everyone at Enterprise was helpful, but it was Maria that made the day smoother with her extra efforts.

I have purchased many vehicles in my life. From the side of the road buy here pay here places, to buying the car right off the showroom floor. 

This purchase experience I have to say was the best car buying experience ever! The process was very simple and very easy. Because I knew what I was looking for I went on their website found the vehicle I was looking for and had it transferred.  Drove up to North Charleston completed the financing paperwork, and the car was delivered no hassles and no haggles. 

Ginger my salesperson was awesome, I called the dealership Ginger immediately connected with me on a personal level in which was very refreshing. Walked me through the process within an hour I had made the transfer payment and was approved for financing.

Walter my financing rep went above and beyond to give me the best trade in value and shop the best bank rates for me making my payments extremely affordable. Again like my salesperson, very personable and genuine allowing you to feel at home vs just another number. To boot he called me a few days later to follow up and see if I loved my purchase, willing to make it right should anything went wrong. Top notch! 

Do yourself a favor, purchase your next or first vehicle from Enterprise, massive selection. They are well taken care vehicles and have great value.
