Jeff, my service advisor, did a fantastically wonderful job today... He told me he is a recent transplant from Boston and is a welcomed addition to Charleston... The service was much more efficient then in previous visits... My only complaint is that the oil changes are getting a little bit too pricey... All in all a nice visit.

Hendrick Honda is always top notch, from the sales department to the service department. Ryan Callahan is your guy if you're looking for an honest, friendly sales experience. He is knowledgable and thorough with the entire process! He will ensure you are content when you leave! For service, Gary Hamilton is your guy! He will get you in and out in no time. He is personable and honest when it comes to your service needs! As always, I cannot speak highly enough of Hendrick Honda!

We purchased a 2017 Pilot yesterday! ‘Must say the experience was fantastic! Salesman; Chris Wilkinson was available the moment we inquired about the vehicle! He was extremely polite and knowledgeable about this Pilot! He was great on follow up also! Must mention Kayla Pack also as great!  All in all we highly recommend Hendrick Honda and especially Chris and Kayla! Thanks so much!!!

I had quite a big engine job on my car that lasted about 6 or 7 hours. The man helping me, Eddie, did a great job communicating what was wrong with my car, prices and my options. He was working with several other customers and did a great job managing everything. The shuttle driver, Jeff, was also very accommodating and friendly. My car was washed, oil changed and Eddie fixed the clicker on my key all at no charge! Very happy with the quality of work and the friendly and helpful workers. They went above and beyond.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new car!  As a young female I felt comfortable the entire time with no pressure when purchasing my new car.  It was a relief to know I was being taken care of and the process could not have been easier.  Thank you for my new car I love it!
