To be perfectly honest, I’m never overjoyed with 3-hour + waits for normal service like oil changes, fluid checks, etc.. I did have an appointment, of course.  But, I guess having my truck cleaned & thoroughly checked over is worth it.  I was well-pleased with the service advisor, Nicole.  She seemed sincerely interested in making sure  that any issues were resolved, & the work was done to my satisfaction.  Also, she was very knowledgeable, & seemed to really love what she was doing.- That means a lot , & projects an added confidence to the customer.

I had the best experience with Hendricks Toyota of North Charleston! I was looking for a 2018 Toyota 4Runner but live about 2.5 hours. So I contacted their sales team and they connected me with their salesman Danny Marflake. He did an outstanding job with working with us and finding the perfect car. After a few weeks of emails back and forth we finally made the drive and they gave us a great deal on a new 4Runner that we couldn’t turn down. We have had our car for a few days and continue to talk about how great the salesman was and how we would definitely do business with them again and prefer them over our local Toyota dealership! 5/5 stars

The salesperson, Kevin, was great. Very entertaining and personable. He could brush up a bit on his knowledge. He was extremely helpful with finding the right vehicle.

The sales manager was quite pushy at times but his is... a sales manager. He worked back and forth with me to try and find a deal that we both could agree on.

Over all I'll very likely go back in a few years for a newer model.

I worked with Kevin Corley and I must say this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had in the past 30 years. Kevin was very informative about the vehicle I purchased as well as with all of the paperwork. Outstanding experience. I will be back to purchase my daughter a car in a year when she gets her license. Great Job Kevin!

Mrs J. Mugs, may not remember me, but she help me out last year, always professional, keep you informed about your service, and will may sure the customers is taken care, and satisfied. Everyone at this dealership is helpful. As for me whenever I take my auto to be serviced she's the one I will request, and retired salesman Avon Bailey, to recommend a good salesman, and I know some professional people who may ask for people to recommend for auto sales.
